ENCCI products are shipped from warehouses located in:

  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

We will ship your order from the warehouse that is closest to your shipping address, ensuring the quickest delivery possible. The specific warehouse used may vary depending on product availability and stock levels.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination address and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping address and the warehouse from which your order is shipped. Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed.

  • Within Germany:  2-4 business days
  • Within the United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • Within the United States: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier issues.
